independent advocacy, website
"When our organisation Independent Advocacy was looking to update and improve our web site, we wanted a to use a company/partner that was capable of taking our basic thoughts and ideas, offer us guidance and suggestions so that we could jointly develop a site that would better represent the changing face of our organisation. Having worked with Iconet over a number of years, I was already aware of their professionalism, enthusiasm in supporting the development process and ability to deliver on time and on budget. I have no hesitation in saying that they have again delivered an extremely professional product on time and on budget. Having now completed the first two phases of the project I look forward to our continuing partnership in delivering phase 3 and 4."

Independent Advocacy, Giving voice to people in need.
When approaching Iconet, Peter wanted a replacement to their current site that would be more accessible for their disabled and mentally ill clients.
Within the new build, Independent Advocacy also wanted the ability to post and update news items themselves, via a simple to use interface.
We built the new site on the stable Microsoft ASP.net2 platform - allowing us the inclusion of an effective but easy to use content management system.
For accessibility, we included a "Talking Pages" feature, whereby if required the website will read its content to the user, along with the ability to increase font sizes, for visually impaired users.
The result, an easy to use website, with accessibility and content management features and a very pleased client.
